Gul Mohar is a tropical tree in the family Fabaceae. The tree is also known as the Flame of the Forest and is native to Madagascar. The Gul Mohar tree can grow up to 30 m in height and has a spread of about 20 m. The tree is known for its beautiful flowers which bloom in the months of April and May. The flowers are orange-red in color and are arranged in clusters. The tree is also known for its pods which are used in the making of dyes and inks.
