Juniper | Juniperus
Juniperus is a large genus of coniferous shrubs and trees in the family Cupressaceae. There are about 70 species of juniper, most of which are native to the Northern Hemisphere. Junipers vary in size and shape, from tall trees, 20–40 m (70–130 ft) tall, to columnar or low-growing shrubs with long trailing branches. They are evergreen with needle-like and/or scale-like leaves.
